Vrijdag 25 augustus wordt het brandalarm getest in de Citytower.

Dit zal rond 11.00 uur gaan plaatsvinden.

U hoeft niet te evacueren.

Excuses voor de geluidsoverlast.

Sprinkler inspectie!

Geachte bewoners,

Namens de Vereniging van Eigenaars delen wij u mede dat er op 23 augustus a.s. een controle (keuring) van de sprinkler installatie wordt uitgevoerd. De controle omvat een visuele inspectie van de woningen en de gehele algemene installatie.

Deze (verplichte) keuring dient elk jaar te worden uitgevoerd, hierbij dient echter maar 20% van het totaal aantal woningen visueel geïnspecteerd te worden. De inspectie in uw woning zal hierdoor maar eens in de 5 jaar plaatsvinden.

In de bijlage treft u een overzicht van de woningen waarbij de visuele inspectie dit jaar wordt uitgevoerd (geel gemarkeerd). (zie ook liften)

Indien u niet thuis kunt zijn voor deze controle, verzoeken wij u dit aan te geven bij één van de servicemanagers. Als zij in het bezit zijn van een sleutel van uw woning, kunt u hen ook toestemming geven om bij de controle aanwezig te zijn.

On behalf of the Owners `Association, we inform you that on August 23th 2017 a check of the sprinkler system is planned. This check-up includes a visual inspection in the apartments and the general installation

The inspection of the sprinkler system must be carried out every year. However, only 20% of the total number of apartments needs to be visually inspected. The inspection at your apartment will therefore only take place once every 5 years.

Enclosed you will find an overview of the apartments where the visual inspection is carried out this year (marked yellow). (also elevators)

If it is not possible for you to be home for this check up, please pass this on to the servicemanagers. If they have a key of your apartment you can also allow them to be in your apartment during the check up
