Geachte bewoners van de City & de Park Toren,
| Namens de Vereniging van Eigenaars delen wij u mede dat er op woensdag 29 mei a.s. vanaf 8.00 uur een controle van de brandmeld- en ontruimingsinstallatie wordt uitgevoerdin de bewoners parkeergarage en alle bergingen die zich daar bevinden.
Tijdens de controle zal voor de geluidsmeting het ontruimingsalarm afgaan. Het alarm zal tijdens deze geluidsmeting circa 3 of 4 keer afgaan. Vooraf zal worden gemeld dat het hier een test betreft en dat u de woning niet hoeft te verlaten. De bergingsdeuren zullen wel geopend moeten worden. Uw aanwezigheid wordt op prijs gesteld. Indien u niet thuis kunt zijn voor deze controle, verzoeken wij u dit aan te geven bij één van de service managers. Als zij in het bezit zijn van een sleutel van uw berging, kunt u hen ook toestemming geven om bij de controle aanwezig te zijn. Bij voorbaat dank voor uw medewerking en het vertrouwen in onze service managers.
On behalf of the Owners `Association, we inform you that on Wednesday, May, 29 from 8 AM a check of the fire alarm- and evacuation system is planned. In the parking space of the residents and the storages over there a noise measurement will be carried out. During the check of the noise measurement, the evacuation alarm will go off. The alarm will sound at least 3 or 4 times that day. That this is a test will be indicated in advance, you don’t have to leave your apartment but the doors of the storages has to be open. Your presence is highly appreciated. If it isn’t possible for you to be home for this check up, please pass this on to the service managers. If they have a key of your storage you can also allow them to be over there during the check up. Thanks in advance for your cooperation and confidence in our service managers. Namens de Vereniging van Eigenaars en MVGM/Verwey Vastgoed delen wij u mede dat op 27 mei 2019 de jaarlijkse verplichte controle van de speaker in uw woning wordt uitgevoerd. Deze bevindt zich achter uw voordeur aan het plafond. De inspecties beginnen om 8.00 uur maar wij kunnen niet exact aangeven hoe laat wij bij uw woning arriveren. Het streven wordt om zoveel mogelijk woningen te bezoeken. Mocht u deze dag niet thuis zijn, dan is de service manager bereid om uw woning te openen en bij de (korte) inspectie aanwezig te blijven. Meldt u dit wel even aan de service manager a.u.b.
Tevens zal deze dag het ontruimingssignaal een aantal keren worden getest. U hoeft niet te evacueren!

Dear residents,
On behalf of the Owners’Association and MVGM/Verwey Real Estate, we inform you that on May 2019, 27th a mandatory inspection of the speaker box in your apartment is planned. The speaker box is located on the ceiling behind your front door. These inspections will start at 8.00 AM but we can’t exactly tell you what time we will arrive at your place. The aim is to check as many places as possible. If you are not at home that day, it’s no problem for the service manager to open your apartment and stay there while the check takes place. If so, please inform the service manager.
We will also test the evacuation signal several times this day. You don’t have to evacuate!

U heeft een mail gehad van Eteck. Eteck wil een aanpassing doen aan de meter in uw meterkast. Wij zijn bereid uw meterkast te openen op verzoek van Eteck. Mocht u hier bezwaar tegen hebben of hebben wij uw sleutel niet dan vernemen wij graag spoedig van u. Zonder reactie gaan wij ervan uit dat u er geen probleem mee heeft dat wij uw meterkast even open maken.

You received an e-mail of Eteck. Eteck wants to make an adjust to the meter in the cuboard outside your place. We are prepared to open this cuboard for you. If you have objection or we don’t have your key, please inform us as soon as possible. Without response we assume that their is no problem that we open the cuboard for you.
