Bij velen van u werkt de camera van het intercomsysteem niet. U kunt dus niet zien wie er belt. Hoogstwaarschijnlijk is dit ook een gevolg van de stroomstoring van gisteren. De reparatie zal volgende week plaats vinden.

Among many of you the camera of the intercom system doesn’t work. You can’t see who is ringing the bel. Most likely this is also a result of the power failure of yesterday. The reparation will take place next week.

Skyliften heeft ons zojuist laten weten dat de liftproblemen morgenochtend worden opgelost.Houd er rekening mee dat u op -2 geen lift kunt roepen. U wordt verzocht de fietsenlift te nemen naar BG en daar uw reis voort te zetten.
Skyliften just informed us that the elevator problems will be solved tomorrow morning. Take into account that you can’t call an elevator at -2. We advise you to use the cycle elevator till ground floor, from there you can continue.
Vanwege de stroomstoring doet de vloerkoeling het ook niet. De pomp draait maar er wordt geen koel water aangevoerd. Zodra wij meer weten zullen wij dit kenbaar maken.
Due to the power failure, the floor cooling is not working. The pump works but there is no cold water supply. We will inform you again as soon as we have more details.

Er is een grote stroomstoring geweest in Den Haag. Door en samenloop van omstandigheden zijn de liften uitgevallen. Ondertussen zijn er weer 2 liften actief. Voor de derde lift is een transformator besteld. Wij verwachten dat deze lift enkele dagen niet gebruikt kan worden. Tevens zijn er op de etage’s veel lampen uitgevallen. Wij zullen proberen deze vanmiddag allemaal weer te laten branden.Wederom excuses voor alle ongemak.

This morning there was a big power failure in The Haque. Due to a combination of circumstances our three elevators stop working. In the meanwhile we have two elevators active. For the third, an new transformer is ordered. We expect that it will take a few days before this elevator will work again. Also on several floors a lot of lamps are not working. We will try to recover the lamps this afternoon. Again we apologize for all the discomfort.

Helaas hebben wij zojuist de melding ontvangen van Eteck dat het koelsysteem wederom zijn druk heeft verloren. Gezien de oorzaak momenteel niet geheel duidelijk is, en tijd dat nodig is om het systeem wederom in werking te krijgen verwachten wij helaas niet dat de koeling vandaag en morgen functioneel zal zijn. Eteck doet er alles aan om dit probleem op te lossen en wij houden een vinger aan de pols.

Unfortunately we received a message from Eteck that the engineers didnot succees to give pressure to the system. The course of this problem is not know yet and they expect that the cooling system will not work today and tomorrow. Eteck is working very hard to solve this issue and we are monitoring the situation.

Gisteren is getracht om het koelsysteem weer operationeel te krijgen, er is 17 kub water bijgevuld en alle leidingen zijn weer op druk gebracht. Helaas blijkt vanochtend dat de 17 kub water ergens uit het systeem gelekt is in de laatste 24 uur. Er worden nu verdere analyses gedaan om te achterhalen waar de lekkage van het systeem kan zijn.
Helaas kan er geen tijdslijn worden afgegeven wanneer het systeem weer operationeel is.
Yesterday the engineers have done all possible to get the cooling system working again. They have refilled the system with 17 cube water and have activated the system again. This morning it appeared that the water leaked from the system again. Engineers are now conducting a further research to find out the location of the leakage.
They are not able to give us a timeline for the solution as long as they do not know the cause of the leakage.

Goedemorgen.
Na telefonisch contact vanmorgen met Technisch beheer Nederland (aannemer Eteck) moeten wij u helaas mededelen dat de storing aan de vloerkoeling van gister middag/avond nog niet is hersteld.
De monteurs zijn tot vannacht 1:30 bezig geweest maar hebben de storing niet kunnen herstellen.
Zij zullen vandaag met man en macht verder werken om het probleem zo snel mogelijk op te lossen.
Excuus dat wij u op deze warme zomer dag niet beter kunnen informeren.

This morning we had contact with our service provider for the floor cooling (Eteck) and they stated that the challenge we have with floor cooling has not been solved. The engineers have worked until 1.30AM last night, without result.
They will work today with all possible means to solve the malfunction of the system. We will keep you informed when we have news.
