In een flink aantal woningen stoort de intercom. U hoort een hard bromgeluid tijdens het spreken. Er wordt aangewerkt om dit op te lossen. De camera werkt wel en er kan open gedaan worden.

The intercom system is not working properly.  In quite a few residents you hear a noise on the line.  Works are being done to remedy this. The camera is working and you can open the frontdoor.

Zoals u wellicht heeft gemerkt doet de lift het nog niet. Het wachten is op een onderdeel. Kone doet er alles aan om dit onderdeel zo snel mogelijk te bemachtigen. Zodra het onderdeel binnen is zal de reparatie direct hervat worden. De voorzichtige verwachting is dat medio volgende week de lift het weer doet. Wij wensen u een fijn weekend.

As you might have noticed, the broken elevator is not working yet. Kone is waiting for a special part. They are working very hard to grab this part. As soon as it arrives they will resume the reparation works. The cautious expectation is that in the middle of next week the elevator is operational again.  We wish you a nice weekend.

Morgen zal Kone beginnen met de reparatie van de lift. De reparatie zal enkele dagen in beslag gaan nemen. Het streven is om de reparatie deze week af te ronden. Kone zal ook gaan werken  in de verhuisruimte. Probeer deze ruimte te mijden deze week. Tevens kunnen de bewoners van de 43ste etage enig hinder ondervinden. Houdt u aub rekening met elkaar.

Tomorrow Kone will start the reparation of the elevator. De reparation will last a few days. The aim is to finish the reparation this week. Kone will also use the removal area. Please try to avoid this area this week. Residents of the 43th floor might have some nuisance. Pleace take each other into account.

Tot onze grote spijt is lift 1 defect. Kone, onze liftbedrijf, is met man en macht aan het werk om de onderdelen bij elkaar te krijgen om de reparatie uit te voeren. Wij weten echter nog niet wanneer dit zal plaatsvinden. Houdt u er rekening mee dat het (vooral ’s ochtends) langer kan duren voordat een lift u komt ophalen. Zodra er ontwikkelingen zijn houden wij u op de hoogte.

To our  great regret one of our elevators is broken. Kone, our elevator company, is working hard to get all the needed parts together for reparation. However,  we still don’t know exactly when this will happen. Take into acount that it might take longer before an elevator will pick you up. (in particular in the mornings) We keep you updated as soon as we know more.
