Beste bewoners,

Het is ons als bestuur opgevallen dat meerdere bewoners hun fiets(en) via de hoofdingang mee de toren in nemen. Vervolgens worden deze fiets(en) in de algemene ruimtes buiten het appartement gestald. Het blokkeren van nooduitgangen op de etages door fietsen kan leiden tot een probleem bij inspectie van de brandveiligheid van het gebouw. Dit is niet de bedoeling en verzoeken u als bewoner een andere oplossing voor uw fiets te zoeken. Wij verwijzen in deze graag naar het Huishoudelijk reglement sectie 2.2 en 6.1 wat hier duidelijk over is. Wij vragen dan ook alle bewoners hun fietsen in hun berging te stallen of buiten in de aangewezen fietsplaatsen. Wij hebben de service managers gevraagd hier op te handhaven en vragen uw medewerking in het opvolgen van de regels in het Huishoudelijk reglement. (zie onderaan dit bericht)

Dear residents

As the board, we noticed that several residents take their bicycle (s) into the tower via the main entrance. Subsequently, this bicycle (s) will be stored in the general areas outside the apartment. Blocking emergency exits on the floors by bicycles can lead to a problem when inspecting the fire safety of the building. This is not the intention and we ask you as a resident to find another solution for your bicycle. We would like to refer to the Internal Regulations section 2.2 and 6.1 for what is clear about this. We therefore ask all residents to store their bicycles in their storage room or outside in the designated bicycle places. We have asked the service managers to be more strict and they will ask you to follow the rules as stated above.
