Dear residents,

First of all we wish you all the best for 2018!

We noticed that Old years eve was not free of incidents.  Around 16.30 pm a pan was forgotten on the stove on the 17th floor. This coursed smoke. A residents noticed and called the national alarm number 112. It appeared that the resident of the pan was in a deep sleep. The smoke stayed in the apartment so the evacuation signal wasn’t triggered.

Later, at -3 at the basement boxes, the evacuation signal was triggered because of smoke. The smoke came from fire crackers ignited at the public parking area at -3. The smoke reached the basement by an open door.

The sound of the alarm lasted very long. The Trigion employee didn’t know how to stop the alarm right away. This will be discussed with Trigion.

It was all very annoying but fortunately no personal sorrow.
