Binnenkort zult u glasbakken aantreffen in de containerruimte. Wij verzoeken u lege flessen en potten zonder deksel daarin te deponeren.

Velen van u hebben gemerkt dat er een automatische dranger op de fietsendeur is geplaatst. Vanaf de buitenkant kunt u de sleutel aanbieden in het kastje. Vanaf de binnenkant kunt u op de knop drukken. U hoeft nergens aan te trekken of te duwen. Alles gaat volautomatisch.

Wij willen er nogmaals op wijzen dat parkeren in het publieke gedeelte niet is toegestaan. Floating space houders daarentegen zijn niet toegestaan in het bewonersgedeelte te parkeren. De kosten van “fout-parkeren” zullen aan u worden doorbelast conform de Q park- tarieven.

Wij vinden de laatste tijd op veel plekken honden-urine. Als uw hond een ongelukje heeft gehad meld dit dan even aan de service-manager zodat wij direct kunnen schoonmaken. Nog beter is om uw hondje dit gedrag af te leren.

Soon you will find glas containers in the container area. We request you to drop your empty bottles and glas pots without the metal lids in these containers.

Lots of you already noticed the automatic door closer of the cycle door. From the outside you can offer your key at the key box. From the inside you can press the open-button. You don’t have the pull or push anything. Everything goes full automatic.

We want to inform you once more that you are not allowed to park in the public area. Only floating space card holders are allowed to do so but they are not allowed to park in the resident area. The parking price of ‘wrong parking’ will be charged to you according the Q park rate.

Lately we discover dog urine here and there. If your dog had a small accident, please let us know so we can clean right away. Even better is to unteach this behaviour of your dog.
