Ook dit jaar gaat er weer onderhoud plaats vinden aan de vloerverwarming en de frisse-luchtmachine. Voor de huurders van de MVGM en Hello Housing is dit onderhoud verplicht gesteld en kosteloos.

Woningeigenaren kunnen zich vrijwillig opgeven en zullen achteraf een factuur ontvangen van € 68,-. De onderhoudsman is aanwezig van 16 november t/m 20 november en van 23 november t/m 25 november. Wij verzoeken u contact met ons op te nemen om een afspraak te maken. Bij grote voorkeur bent u zelf thuis tijdens het 20-minuten-durende onderhoud.

Dear residents

 This year there will be maintenance on the floorheating and fresh air machine. For MVGM and Hello Housing tenants this maintenance is mandatory and free of charge.

Apartment owners can also sign up but they will receive a bill of € 68,-. The maintenance man is present from November 16th to the 20th and from November 23th to 25th. We request you to contact us to make an appointment. We strongly prefer that you are at home during the 20 minute-maintenance.
