Na vier jaar als servicemanager ga ik de volgende stap zetten in mijn carrière.

Per Oktober ga ik aan de slag bij mijn nieuwe werkgever.

Mijn laatste werkdag in de City tower is 07-September.

Mijn opvolger zal de werkzaamheden vanaf 08-September overnemen.

Ik wil iedereen heel erg bedanken voor de fijne jaren in de City Tower.

Dear Residents,

After four years employed as your service manager it is time for the next step in my career. I will be starting a new role from October.

The 7th of September will be my last day in the City Tower. Our new service manager will start the very next morning.

Zoals beloofd bieden wij u de mogelijkheid aan om de inlaatcombinatie en de warm waterbeveiliging te laten vervangen. De firma Intherm wil deze komen vervangen op 19 en 20 september. De kosten bedragen  € 381,- inclusief btw. De reparatie zal ongeveer 40 minuten duren en wij verzoeken u dringend om zelf thuis te zijn. U ontvangt achteraf een factuur. NB. deze prijs geldt alleen voor deze actie op deze dagen.

Mocht u belangstelling hebben dan kunt u zich opgeven bij de service manager en een tijdstip overeenkomen.

Voor de duidelijkheid: Alleen woningeigenaren kunnen zich op geven!

As promised we like to offer you the opportunity to replace the warm water protection and the inlet combination. The firm Intherm wants to replace at the 19th and 20th of September. The costs are € 381,- incl. vat. This reparation will last to about 40 minutes. and we request you urgently to be at home for your appointment. You will receive an invoice afterwards. NB. this price is only for these days.

Door omstandigheden is het oud papier vandaag niet opgehaald. Omdat er al erg veel oud papier ligt willen wij u verzoeken om het komende weekend het oud papier even in uw woning te houden. Maandag wordt er weer geleegd. Excuses namens Veolia. Trouwens de fietsendeur wordt dinsdag weer gerepareerd.

Because of circumstances the old paper is not collected today. Because there is a lot of old paper already we kindly request you to keep the old paper in your place this weekend. Monday they will come again to collect. Apologies from Veolia. (old paper company). By the way, the cycle door will we repaired this Tuesday.

Lift 1 is in principe al gerepareerd. De lift trilt nog wel op bepaalde locaties maar dat kan beslist geen kwaad. Het trillen wordt binnenkort verholpen.

Dear residents,

Elevator 1 is already repaired. The elevator is still vibrating at some locations but is does no harm. The tremblings will be fixed soon.

As. maandag wordt er serieus begonnen met de vervangslag van de tl-lampen in de trappenhuizen. Vier elektriciens zullen enkele dagen druk zijn met het aanbrengen van de ronde armaturen met ledverlichting en bewegingssensors. Wat ons betreft een hele verbetering. Tevens durven wij voorzichtig te melden dat er as. donderdag begonnen gaat worden met de reparatie van de eerste lift. Fijn weekend toegewenst.

Next Monday we will seriously start replacing the fluorescent lamps in the stairwell. Four electriciens will be busy for a few days installing the round fixtures with led lighting en motion sensors. As far as  we are concerned a big improvement. We also dare to report carefully that the repair of elevator 1 will start this Thursday. Have a nice weekend.

Opnieuw willen wij u verzoeken om op uw eigen parkeerplaats te parkeren en niet

ergens op de weg waar het u goed uitkomt. Het is niet toegestaan!

Wij verzoeken derhalve de eigenaren van deze twee auto’s om deze zo spoedig mogelijk weg te halen.

Als er een parkeerprobleem is, kom dan naar de service manager en zoeken wij een oplossing.

Beste bewoners,

In iedere woning bevindt zich een warm waterbeveiliging. Deze dient ervoor om te registeren of er nog aanvoer is van koud water. Zo niet, dan wordt het warme water gedumpt in het grijze pvc-afvoertje erboven. Hiermee wordt bv voorkomen dat u zich zou kunnen verbranden aan het warme water onder de douche.

Deze schijven zijn nu 10 jaar oud en wij merken dat deze bij steeds meer woningen beginnen te lekken. De bewoner heeft het vaak niet in de gaten omdat er kastjes, gordijntjes etc voorzitten en zo ontstaat er waterschade.

Ons verzoek aan u is om met enige regelmaat deze schijf te controleren op lekkage.

Binnenkort zullen wij een gereduceerde aanbieding doen om deze schijf (preventief) te laten vervangen door de firma Intherm Installatietechniek. De kosten voor woningeigenaren zullen ongeveer € 350,- gaan bedragen. De MVGM zal deze schijven kosteloos laten vervangen voor haar huurders. Meer informatie volgt spoedig.

There is a hot water protection in every home. This serves to register if there is still a supply of cold water. If not, the hot water is dumped in the grey drain above it. This prevents, for example, that you could burn yourself under the shower.

These disks are now 10 years old and we notice that they start leaking in more and more places. The resident is often not aware of it because there are cupboards, curtains etc in front of it, which causes water damage.

Our request to you is to regularly check this disc for leakage.

Soon we will make a reduced offer to have this disk replaced (preventively) by the firm Intherm Installations. The costs for home owners will be to about € 350,-. The MVGM has these disks replaced free of charge for it’s tenants. More information will follow soon.

Brief voorjaarsborrel juni 2022

Donderdag 9 Juni is er een alarmtest in de Citytower. Het evacuatie signaal zal enkele malen te horen zijn. U hoeft niet te evacueren. (denk aan de oren van uw huisdieren)

Thursday the 9th of June you will hear the evacuation signal a few times. This is a test. You don’t have to evacuate. (think of your pet’s ears)

In het kader van de verplichte Certificering Brandveiligheid heeft de VVE beheergroep ons de opdracht gegeven u te informeren over de op handen zijnde sprinklercontrole  op 9 juni as. Bij de onderstaande woningen zal een tweede controle plaatsvinden. De inspecties duren enkele minuten per woning. De inspecties beginnen om 9.00 am. Mocht u niet thuis zijn dan verzoeken wij u contact met ons op te nemen. De dienstdoende service manager zou, na uw toestemming, de sleutel van uw woning kunnen gebruiken.

In the context of the mandatory Fire safety Certification, the VVE-beheergroup gave us the instruction to inform you about sprinkler checks at the 9th of june. At the apartments mentioned below there will be a second inspection. These inspections only last a few minutes. The inspections will start at 9.00 am. If you are not at home we request you to contact us. The service manager on duty is willing, after your permission, to use the key of your place.
