Beste bewoners,

Velen van u zijn maandagochtend bruut gewekt door het ontruimingsalarm. Ondertussen hebben wij een verklaring gekregen van de directie van New Babylon. Door een menselijke vergissing is het ontruimingsalarm geactiveerd. Het betrof dus geen brandalarm. Bij een brandalarm stoppen de liften ermee en slaat de overdrukinstallatie aan. De brandweer is door een bewoner gebeld. Normaliter komen zij niet met een ontruimingsalarm. Wij betreuren de situatie en hopen dat dit niet meer voorkomt.

Dear residents,

Many of you were awakened brutally  Monday morning early. In the mean while we got an explanation of the board of New Babylon. Because of a human mistake the evacuation signal was trickered. It was not a fire alarm. With a fire alarm the elevators stop working and the overpressure system starts. The fire brigade was called by a resident. Normally the fire brigade doens’t show up for an evacuation alarm. We regret the situation and we hope that this will not happen again.

Vanaf heden willen wij u verzoeken om uw pakketten bij de servicebalie af te halen. Wij zullen tot nader order niet in de woningen bezorgen om de kans op een Corona-infectie te minimaliseren.

From now on we request you to pick up your parcels at the service desk. Untill further notice we will not deliver your parcel in your appartment anymore to reduce to chance of a Corona contamination. We thank you for understanding.

Door een nog onbekende oorzaak is er momenteel geen warm water.  Eteck is geïnformeerd en wij wachten op de monteur.

For unknown reasons we have no warm water. Eteck is informed and we are waiting for the engineers.

Als u een onderhoudsklacht of een storing aan uw woning wil melden bij uw verhuurder dan kunt u schrijven naar kcc.wonen@mvgm.nl

Het is niet de bedoeling dat u uw klacht of storing stuurt naar onderhoud@vvebeheersgroep.com.

Bij twijfel kunt u ook altijd contact op nemen met de service-manager.

Beste bewoners,

Vanaf volgende week maandag 27 januari 2020 gaat de Firma Pasman beginnen met schilderen in de parkeergarage en fietsen gangen Helaas zult u hier enige overlast van  ondervinden maar wij proberen dit tot een minimum te beperken. Houdt u rekening met elkaar aub.

Monday the 27th of Januari the painters will start with paint works in the basement area and the garage.  Unfortunately some nuisance will take place but we will try  to reduce this to a minimum. Please take each other into account.

Door onbekende oorzaak wordt ons afval niet opgehaald. Wij zijn hard bezig om dit voor elkaar te krijgen. Wij verzoeken u vriendelijk u afval even in de woning te houden omdat de afvalruimte vol is. (tot nader order)
