Er is nieuws over de glazen tussendeur in de centrale hal. Volgende week donderdag 9 juli wordt deze deur gerepareerd. Dit betekent dat het komende weekend de huidige situatie onveranderd is.Wij adviseren om deze deur  zo veel mogelijk dicht te houden. Wees ervan bewust dat u deze deur nog niet kunt openen met de intercom in uw woning.

There is news about the glass conecting door in the lobby. Next week, on Thursday the 9th of July this door will be repared. This means that the comming weekend the current situation is unchanged. We advise to keep this door closed as much as possible. Be aware of the fact that you can’t open this door with the intercom in your apartment yet.

Velen van u zijn vanochtend geschrokken van het evacuatie-signaal. Het evacuatie signaal is geactiveerd door een politie-inval bij een woning op de 21 etage. Hierbij is een explosief gebruikt.Tegelijkertijd is er een politie-inval geweest in de Parktower. Wij weten niet waarom de politie is binnengevallen.

Many of you were woken up by the evacuation-signal. It was trickered by a police raid at the 21st floor. The police used an explosive to open the door. At the same time there was a police raid in the Parktower. We don’t know the reason why the police did this.

De komende week zijn er diverse uithuizingen. Hou er rekening mee dat een lift iets langer op zich kan laten wachten en probeer ieder de ruimte te geven om zijn activiteiten uit te voeren.

Voor de liefhebbers staan er enkele wandkasten in de verhuisruimte welke gratis zijn af  te halen.

Beste bewoners,

Wij zijn ons ervan bewust dat de ramen erg vies zijn. De Citytower heeft een contract met glazenwassersbedrijf van Rhoon. De vreemde situatie doet zich voor dat zij niet komen opdagen. De reden hiervan is niet helemaal duidelijk. Ondertussen is het VVE-bestuur op zoek naar een alternatief glazenwasbedrijf. Dit heeft nog even wat tijd nodig want het gaat om grote bedragen en er dient aan wettelijke voorschriften voldaan te worden.

In de jaarlijkse VVE -vergadering zal hier op teruggekomen worden. Ik wil benadrukken dat het bestuur de noodzaak ziet om deze situatie snel op te lossen. Er wordt met man en macht gewerkt om het zemen te hervatten. Wij verzoeken u vriendelijk om nog even geduld te hebben.

Dear inhabitants,

We are aware that the windows are very dirty.The Citytower has a contract with Rhoon window cleaning company. The strange situation occurs that they did not show up more than 1 time this year. The reason for this is not entirely clear.

In the meantime, the VVE board is looking for an alternative window cleaning company. This still needs some time because it concerns a large amount and the potential new company need to meet legal requirements.

This topic will be discussed in the annual VVE meeting. I would like to emphasize that the board sees the need to resolve this situation quickly. Efforts are being made to resume claening. We ask you kindly to be a little more patience.

Vrijdag 12 Juni is de verplichte jaarlijkse brandalarm test in de Citytower. Na 11:00 uur zal het alarm enkele malen te horen zijn.

U hoeft niet te evacueren!!!

Dear residents,

Friday the 12th of June is the yearly check of the fire alarm system. After 11:00 am you will hear the evacuation signal a few times. You don’t have to evacuate!

U bent gewend om uw grofvuil in de verhuisruimte te plaatsen wanneer u wil. Deze vrijblijvendheid is niet meer houdbaar om de volgende redenen:

* Door de grote drukte bij het grof vuilbedrijf van de gemeente Den Haag is het moeilijk om op korter termijn een afspraak te maken.
* Er is te lang een concentratie brandbare materialen in de verhuisruimte.
* Het oogt erg slordig.
* Verhuizers hebben soms weinig ruimte door de hoeveelheid grof vuil.
* De service managers heeft geen grip op het logistieke aspect.
(Alles zal toch naar de Bezuidenhoutseweg gebracht moeten worden en dat is veel werk.)

Als u in de toekomst van uw bed, matras, grote kast, stoel of tafel af wil, dan meldt u dat bij de servicemanager. Hij vertelt wanneer u het afval naar de verhuisruimte mag brengen. Uiteraard wil de servicemanager hierbij assisteren.
Wij, de servicemanagers, zullen er altijd naar streven om u zo snel mogelijk van uw grof vuil af te helpen. Samen kunnen wij zorgen voor een nette en veilige woonomgeving waarbij het service-aspect niet uit het oog  wordt verloren. Wij vertrouwen op uw medewerking en begrip.

Dear residents,

You are used to bring your bulky -waste down whenever you like. This non-commitment is no longer tenable for the following reasons:

* It’s very busy with the municipality bulky waste departement. To make a short term appointment is not possible anymore.
* Too often there is a concentration of flammable materials for too long.
* It looks sloppy.
* Removers don’t have space enough because of the large amount of bulky waste.
* The service manager has no control over the logistics aspect.
(Everything has to brought to the Bezuidenhoutseweg and that is a lot of work)

So if you want to get rid of your bed, mattress, wardrobe, table etc, you report that to the service manager. He will tell you when you can bring it to the removal erea. Of course the service manager can assist you with the transport.
We, the service managers, will strive to keep your storage as short as possible. Together we can ensure a neat and safe living environment where the service aspect is not lost sight of. We rely on your cooperation and understanding.

Donderdag had ik een controle-afspraak met de bedrijfsarts. Geheel onverwachts heeft zij mij volledig arbeidsongeschikt verklaard vanwege mijn medische verleden. Zij vind dat ik onder de risicogroep val ivm Corona en wil dat ik mij zo kort mogelijk in publieke ruimten bevind. Ik heb verder geen symptomen en ik ben niet ziek. Het is ook vervelend dat mijn collega’s Jasper en Moustava er in deze moeilijke tijd nu alleen voorstaan. Wees aub lief voor hen en voor elkaar. Blijf gezond en hopelijk tot snel.

Dear residents,

Last Thursday I had an appointment with the company doctor. Completely unexpected she declared me not fit to work because of my medical record. She thinks I fall under the risk group for Corona. I have no symptoms and Im not ill but I have to avoid public ereas. It’s also very unplessant for my colleques Jasper and Moustava who are on their own now in this difficult period. Please be kind to them and to each other. Stay healthy and hopefully till soon.
