Namens de Vereniging van Eigenaars delen wij u mede dat er op 14 september a.s. vanaf 8.00 uur een controle van de brandmeld- en ontruimingsinstallatie wordt uitgevoerd.

Tijdens de controle zal voor de geluidsmeting het ontruimingsalarm na 11.00 uur afgaan. Het alarm zal tijdens deze geluidsmeting circa 3 of 4 keer afgaan. Vooraf zal worden gemeld dat het hier een test betreft en dat u de woning niet hoeft te verlaten.

Uw aanwezigheid wordt op prijs gesteld. Indien u niet thuis kunt zijn voor deze controle, verzoeken wij u dit aan te geven bij één van de servicemanagers. Als zij in het bezit zijn van een sleutel van uw woning, kunt u hen ook toestemming geven om bij de controle aanwezig te zijn.

On behalf of the Owners `Association, we inform you that on September 14^th from 8 am a check of the fire alarm and evacuation system is planned. In some apartments a noise measurement will be carried out.

During the check of the noise measurement, the evacuation alarm will go off after 11.00 am. The alarm will sound at least 3 or 4 times that day. That this is a test will be indicated in advance, so that you don’t have to leave your apartment.

Your presence is highly appreciated. If it is not possible for you to be home for this check up, please pass this on to the servicemanagers. If they have a key of your apartment you can also allow them to be in your apartment during the check up.

Helaas is het overzicht niet voor iedereen duidelijk of zichtbaar.

De sprinkler inspecties vinden plaats op de 2e, 5e, 10e, 14e, 17e, 27e, 30e en 32ste etage!

Unfortunately the overview for the inspections are not vis1ble or clear..

The sprinkler inspections will take place at the 2nd, 5th, 10th,14th, 17th, 27th, 30th en 32nd floor!

Geachte bewoners,

Namens de Vereniging van Eigenaars delen wij u mede dat er op 23 augustus a.s. een controle (keuring) van de sprinkler installatie wordt uitgevoerd. De controle omvat een visuele inspectie van de woningen en de gehele algemene installatie.

Deze (verplichte) keuring dient elk jaar te worden uitgevoerd, hierbij dient echter maar 20% van het totaal aantal woningen visueel geïnspecteerd te worden. De inspectie in uw woning zal hierdoor maar eens in de 5 jaar plaatsvinden.

In de bijlage treft u een overzicht van de woningen waarbij de visuele inspectie dit jaar wordt uitgevoerd (geel gemarkeerd). (zie ook liften)

Indien u niet thuis kunt zijn voor deze controle, verzoeken wij u dit aan te geven bij één van de servicemanagers. Als zij in het bezit zijn van een sleutel van uw woning, kunt u hen ook toestemming geven om bij de controle aanwezig te zijn.

The inspection of the sprinkler system must be carried out every year. However, only 20% of the total number of apartments needs to be visually inspected. The inspection at your apartment will therefore only take place once every 5 years.

Enclosed you will find an overview of the apartments where the visual inspection is carried out this year (marked yellow). (also elevators)

Morgen is het Hemelvaartsdag. Er zal geen servicemanager aanwezig zijn. Vrijdag om 7.00 staan wij weer paraat.

Om uw woning maximaal te koelen:

• Het schuifje van de wandthermostaat naar rechts.
• Het wieltje terugdraaien (lager dan 18 gr)
• Alle oranje doppen in de wasmachineruimte opendraaien. (naar links)
• De schuifpui en ramen gesloten houden.
• Koelen is gratis

Tomorrow is Ascension Day. There will be no Service manager present. We are back Friday morning at 7.00 am.

The best way to use the cooling system of your apartment:

• Turn the witch to the right position.
• Turn back the weel of the wall thermostat. (lower than 18 dgr)
• Open all the sections bij turning the orange buttons in the laundry area to the left.
• It’s better to keep windows and balcony door closed.
• Cooling doesn’t cost money.
